We have a hotel block reserved at Denver Marriott South at Park Meadows, right off of I-25 and Lincoln Ave, a 15 minute drive to the venue.
Please use this booking link: https://book.passkey.com/go/JenniPhil.
Guests that book through this link will receive a discounted rate of $139+tax.
The hotel doesn't normally include a Continental Breakfast in their rates, but for those that would like breakfast, we've also reserved a number of rooms that have access to the "Concierge Lounge" for an additional $20 per night.
Access to this lounge includes beverages anytime throughout the day (non-alcoholic) and a simple Continental Breakfast with a few additional hot items: eggs, potatoes, and a breakfast meat.
Breakfast Hours: 6:30am - 9:30am Monday - Friday, & 7am - 11am Saturday/Sunday. The hotel also has an onsite restaurant (Sanoma'z) and a Starbucks in the lobby.
*To add the breakfast option to your room rate, book the regular room ($139) and email help@engagedsourcing.com to add it on after.
For those guests that don't want to worry about transportation, a shuttle will be provided from the hotel to the venue and back! Must RSVP for the shuttle to ensure there is enough capacity.
The sooner you reserve, the better! If all of our blocked rooms fill up, we have the ability to add more rooms at our rate ($139), however if the hotel books up, we are unable to do so!
If you do not see room options available for nights that you have selected, or if you are having trouble booking, please email our Travel Coordinator (Help@EngagedSourcing.com) and reference the “Baker-O'Connor Wedding.” They are super prompt and will ensure you get the correct rate and room accommodations.
The bride and groom will be staying at the hotel Thursday - Sunday.
NOTES: The discounted rates are available from Thursday, June 26th – Sunday, June 29th. If you would like to arrive early or depart late, please contact our Travel Coordinator (Help@EngagedSourcing.com) and reference the “Baker-O'Connor Wedding” to be eligible for the same $139 pricing.
Denver International Airport is very large and busy, but easy to navigate. Think of it as one straight line with the airline arrival/departure gates in three different groups on it (A,B, C Gates). The three gates are connected to the terminal by a train.
Arriving by most airlines involves finding the Airport train from your gate and riding it the terminal. At the terminal is the baggage claim (rather slow, don't race to it). Rental cars, ride share pickup and commuter train are all accessed at different levels from the baggage claim area and is well signed. The terminal has two sides East and West.
Traveling to the Denver will be an significant increase in elevation for many of our guests. We want to let you know of some tips-
* Hydrate before and stay hydrated while you are here.
* Limit your alcohol intake.
* Get your potassium (bananas, avocados, spinach, yogurt, and kale).
